These Terms & Conditions govern your use of fd555. By registering or using fd555 in Bangladesh, you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full.
Introduction and Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and fd555 ("fd555", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the fd555 website, mobile interface, games, betting markets, and all related services available at fd555.ws.
By creating an account, logging in, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any part of the fd555 platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. 1. Eligibility

- You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, director, or officer of fd555, or an immediate family member of any such person.
- You must not be self-excluded from fd555 or any other gambling platform under a self-exclusion arrangement that remains in force. It is your responsibility to honour any self-exclusion you have previously applied.
fd555 conducts age and identity verification as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Failure to satisfy eligibility requirements will result in account suspension and may result in the forfeiture of any balance, pending withdrawals, or bonuses held in the account at the time of suspension.
2. Account Registration and Security
fd555 permits one account per person. Registering more than one account — whether using the same mobile number, different mobile numbers, different devices, or any combination thereof — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent suspension of all accounts associated with the same person and the forfeiture of all balances and bonuses held across those accounts.
Accuracy of Registration Information
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information at registration and must update this information promptly if it changes. fd555 is entitled to suspend or close any account where it has reason to believe registration information is false, misleading, or significantly outdated. fd555 will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.
Account Security Obligations
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your fd555 login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must not share your username or password with any third party. You must notify fd555 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. fd555 staff will never ask for your password via any channel.
- Use a strong, unique password that is not used for any other website, app, or service.
- Do not save your fd555 password on shared, public, or borrowed devices.
- Do not disclose your account details in response to any unsolicited communication, even if the communication claims to be from fd555.
- Log out of your fd555 session when you have finished using the platform, particularly on shared or public devices.
3. Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on fd555 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). fd555 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and selected internet banking channels. fd555 does not charge its own fees on deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside fd555's control.
Deposit Rules
The following rules apply to all deposits made on fd555:
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 across all payment methods. There is no maximum deposit limit set by fd555, though individual payment providers may impose their own per-transaction or daily limits.
- Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment source belongs to another person — are not permitted and will be reversed. Bonus eligibility may be forfeited on reversed deposits.
- fd555 reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership (e.g. a screenshot of the registered mobile banking account) as part of its KYC process. Failure to provide such proof may result in deposit reversal or account suspension.
Withdrawal Rules
The following rules govern all withdrawals from fd555:
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
- Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the fd555 account. fd555 will not send funds to a third-party account under any circumstances.
- First-time withdrawals require completion of fd555's KYC verification process, including submission of a valid government-issued photo ID. Withdrawals requested before KYC completion will be held pending verification.
- Withdrawals of funds that were derived from bonus credit are subject to the wagering requirement applicable to that bonus. Attempting to withdraw bonus-funded balances before satisfying the relevant wagering requirement will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided.
4. Bonuses and Promotional Offers
fd555 offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time the offer is presented, and to the general bonus rules set out in this clause. In the event of any conflict between offer-specific terms and these general Terms, the offer-specific terms shall prevail.
One Bonus Per Player Per Offer
Each bonus offer at fd555 may be claimed only once per player. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times using the same account, multiple accounts, or by abusing referral programmes constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it, and may result in account suspension.
Wagering Requirements
Unless otherwise stated in the specific offer terms, all bonuses credited to a fd555 account are subject to a wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount before the bonus or any winnings derived from it may be withdrawn as real money. Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots and crash games typically contribute 100% of each stake; live casino table games typically contribute 10%; sports bets may contribute as stated in the specific promotion.
Bonus Expiry
Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses credited to a fd555 account expire 30 days after the date of credit. Unused bonus funds and any winnings derived from them will be removed from the account automatically upon expiry. It is your responsibility to check the expiry date of any bonus before using it.
fd555's Right to Modify or Withdraw Promotions
fd555 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time and without prior notice, except where a player has already commenced wagering on a specific offer, in which case the terms applicable at the time of commencement shall continue to apply to that player for the duration of that offer.
5. Game Rules and Fair Play
All games available on fd555 — including live casino tables, slots, crash games, and sports betting markets — are governed by individual game rules displayed within the game interface or in fd555's game rules section. You are responsible for familiarising yourself with the rules of any game before placing a real-money bet. Ignorance of game rules does not entitle you to a refund of lost stakes.
fd555 uses certified third-party game providers whose RNG systems have been independently tested for fairness. The RTP (Return to Player) percentage for all slots and table games is published within the game interface or on the provider's official website. fd555 does not manipulate game outcomes or RTP settings.

6. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on fd555. Engaging in any prohibited conduct is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and may result in fd555 reporting the matter to relevant authorities.
- Registering more than one account or using an account registered by or belonging to another person.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, access accounts, or interact with the fd555 platform in any way that is not through the standard user interface.
- Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in fd555's platform or any game to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a bug or error will be voided regardless of whether the exploitation was intentional.
- Colluding with other players, fd555 staff, or third parties to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting market.
- Using fd555's platform to launder money, process the proceeds of crime, or fund prohibited activities. fd555 conducts transaction monitoring and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities without prior notice to the account holder.
- Engaging in any form of bonus abuse including systematic low-risk wagering designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine play (commonly known as "bonus hunting" or "advantage play" not permitted by fd555's terms).
fd555 employs a dedicated risk and compliance team that monitors all accounts and transactions. Where prohibited conduct is detected, fd555 may take immediate action including account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to law enforcement without prior warning.
7. Responsible Gaming
fd555 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and preventing gambling-related harm. The following tools are available to all registered players through the fd555 account dashboard:
- Deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly) — once set, deposit limits can be reduced immediately but increases take 7 days to take effect, providing a cooling-off period before higher spending is enabled.
- Session time limits — set a maximum duration for each gaming session. When the limit is reached, you will be automatically logged out.
- Cooling-off period — temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing (minimum 24 hours, maximum 6 weeks). During a cooling-off period, you will not be able to log in, deposit, or place bets.

8. Account Suspension and Termination
fd555 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Grounds for suspension or closure include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms, including the one-account policy, age eligibility requirement, prohibited conduct rules, or bonus abuse provisions.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a withdrawal request, or providing false or misleading information during KYC.
- Suspected fraudulent, criminal, or money-laundering activity associated with the account, including deposits from or withdrawals to payment methods not registered in the account holder's name.
- A player's voluntary request to close their account. Players may request account closure at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon closure, any outstanding real-money balance (excluding bonus funds not yet converted to real money through wagering) will be refunded to the player's registered payment method within 5 business days.
Where an account is suspended or closed due to a breach of these Terms, fd555 is under no obligation to return any balance, bonus funds, or pending withdrawals held in the account at the time of suspension. Where an account is closed at the player's request and no breach has occurred, outstanding real-money balances will be returned as described above.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, fd555 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the fd555 platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption. fd555's total aggregate liability to any player arising from or related to these Terms or the use of fd555's services shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
fd555 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. fd555 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be free from errors, interruptions, or security vulnerabilities. fd555 will use reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service, particularly during maintenance windows, high-traffic events, or circumstances beyond fd555's reasonable control.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on the fd555 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the property of fd555 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, display, or create derivative works from any fd555 content without the express written permission of fd555. The fd555 name, logo, and all related product and service names are trademarks of fd555. Nothing in these Terms grants you any licence to use fd555's trademarks.
11. Privacy and Data Protection
fd555 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering with fd555, you consent to fd555 processing your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. fd555 does not sell or transfer your personal data to unaffiliated third parties except where required for payment processing, identity verification (KYC), fraud prevention, or as required by law. 12. Changes to These Terms
fd555 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time.
